Berry Busy Day Smoothies
Makes 2 serves

250ml coconut and almond milk (unsweetened)
180g mixed frozen berries (we used strawberry, raspberry and blueberry)
1/3 cup rolled oats
½ avocado
Juice from ½ lime
1 tbsp honey
6 ice cubes
A scoop of unflavoured protein powder (optional)

Combine all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
