This has got to be the easiest pizza to make! The kids will love helping out too.
6 whole wheat pita breads
1 Baby Bistro Ratatoille, defrosted
1 ½ cups grated tasty cheese
6 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
18 Big Eats Mum’s Meatballs, cooked
Preheat oven to 200ºC (180ºC fan).
Spread Ratatoille over pita breads. Sprinkle with cheese, spread mushrooms on top. Break meatballs in half and divide between pizzas.
Bake for 10 mins or until crispy and cheese is melted.
