Anything with Spag Bol is better right?! A tasty twist on a Mexican classic… the kids will love helping you make these and we think they will become your new dinner staple.
Mexican Spaghetti Quasedillas
You will need a flat sandwich press for this recipe
2 x Baby Bistro Spaghetti Bolognese, room temperature
½ cup kidney beans, rinsed
4 spring onions, sliced
¾ cup grated tasty cheese
2 x 10 pack mini tortillas
Olive oil spray
1 avocaco, roughly mashed with 1 tbsp lime juice, to serve
In a large bowl combine Spaghetti Bolognese, kidney beans, green onion and cheese. Mix well.
Preheat a flat sandwich toasted. Spray 1 side of each tortilla with olive oil spray.
On the unsprayed side of 10 tortillas spoon about 1/3 cup of the spaghetti mixture into the centre. Top with another tortilla (sprayed side facing out) then press firmly. Transfer to sandwich press and grill for 2-3 mins or until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining quasedillas, cut each into quarters and serve with mashed avo.
