Sevi’s Porridge
Serves 2

1 cup oats, rinsed
1 ¼ cups coconut milk, plus extra to serve
Frozen berries, chia seeds and shredded coconut to serve

Combine rinsed oats and coconut milk in a small saucepan over a high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low-medium and simmer 10 mins or until oats are soft and have absorbed the milk.

Serve with extra milk (if desired) and frozen berries, chia seeds and shredded coconut.
